We offer parkour classes, programmes and events for people of all ages, mostly aimed at children and young people. We are passionate about helping the young people we work with to become well-rounded individuals and giving them the tools they need to succeed – not only within parkour, but in whatever they set their minds to! Job overview:

Parkour DXB is a growing coaching organisation seeking to expand its team of professional, international coaches. We are excited to offer attractive packages for full-time coaching positions.

Candidates should be experienced in working with kids, from young children to teenagers, and have relevant qualifications or experience, such as Parkour or sports coaching. The role will involve coaching our Academy Curriculum programme to group classes of young people aged 3 to 17. The role also involves the delivery of holiday camps and workshops, and potentially adult classes and Private Tuition. The majority of the coaching will take place in one of our branches in Dubai, but the role may occasionally require coaching to take place at a satellite location.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to challenge themselves and take the next step on their Parkour coaching journey.

Working Structure:

We roughly follow the academic calendar, using term time and school holidays as our guide for scheduling our classes and camps. This also influences the number of days worked per week, and the number of hours worked per day. A guide to our annual working structure is as follows:

  • Term periods: 6 days per week; up to 42 hours of work; around 25 classes per week.
  • Holiday periods: 5 days per week; up to 42 hours of work; either two 3-hour camps or one camp and three classes per day.

Support:

While we expect applicants to be suitably experienced and/or qualified, we will provide an induction programme which will allow you to familiarise yourself with the role, our processes and our company culture.

The Head Coach responsible for the branch you’ll be working in will hold performance review meetings, set tasks and help you to develop your skills over time.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for coaches who are passionate about Parkour and sharing its ethos and benefits to young people. Applicants should be existing Parkour practitioners willing to share ideas and play an active role within our community.

We’re looking for people with a growth mindset who are keen to take on challenges. The first challenge is relocating to another country! We understand that this is a big commitment, but there’s a ready-made support network of coaches who have already been through the same experience.

Essential

  • At least one year of relevant coaching experience

Salary & Benefits:

We offer an inclusive package which roughly equates to AED 8k+ per month. This two-year contract includes a working visa, health insurance, accommodation, transport and other benefits.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the ‘face’ of Parkour DXB and responsible for providing all of our customers with a warm, positive and professional welcome and ongoing service. You will support the classes, events and other coaching services we offer by responding to the needs and questions of the parents, kids and other people who visit us.

Customer Service Representative: Job Description

  • Employment type: Full-time 48 hours/week, 6 days/week (including evening and weekends)
  • Length of contract: 2 years (subject to probationary period)
  • Location: Parkour DXB – Mirdif
  • Starting date: by mid-November 2023
  • Salary: AED 4000 per month
  • Incentives: Commission awarded based on branch performance
  • Industry: Sport and fitness; kids’ activities
  • Reports to: Branch Supervisor and Customer Service Manager

The majority of our services are aimed at children and young people, so most of our interactions within this role are with parents.

We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to provide outbound sales prospecting to our prospective customers, as well as occasionally support our Customer Service team from time to time.

The Role

You will join the Sales Team to support with building new relationships with parents in order to book their kids into trials at any of our 3 locations. You will need to build an extensive knowledge of our product offerings and be able to communicate them effectively. You will need excellent attention to detail in order to keep our CRM systems up to date to support the Customer Service and Coaching teams.

Responsibilities:

Specific Role Requirements

  • Manage enquiries, bookings and payments for classes at our facilities
  • Develop proficiency in the use of our client management system to manage services, complete bookings and keep customer records up to date
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls on behalf of the business daily
  • Generate new sales proactively, and execute sales confidently, in person, via phone and email
  • Complete transactions efficiently and keep payment records up to date
  • Manage customer concerns and issues in a calm and confident manner
  • Maintain good communication with the coaching team through relevant updates on student details and providing non-coaching support when required
  • Help to maintain a high standard of organisation and cleanliness in all areas of the facility, particularly the reception
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as required

Experience, education, training and skills/characteristics:

Essential

  • Experience of providing high quality sales prospecting by phone or in a similar face-to-face role
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Educated to college level or equivalent
  • Experience of using CRM (client relationship management) systems and/or databases
  • Fully proficient in use of computer systems including spreadsheets and word processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and an excellent command of the English language
